LAKELAND, Fla. (January 3, 2017) Changes in Farm Credit of Central Florida’s leadership team include the welcome of Mark McRae as the association’s Chief Sales Officer and an alignment of the association’s marketing and sales departments beginning in 2017.
“I plan to bring my experience from commercial banking to help Farm Credit of Central Florida attain new levels of sales and find ways to generate revenue for the association,” said McRae. “We want to provide our existing customers top-notch service and help them reach their business, family, and personal goals.”
In an effort to continue providing quality service to customers and stakeholders, Farm Credit of Central Florida is executing changes in 2017 in order to integrate marketing and sales efforts.
“Our customers are constantly being sold to in today’s market, giving them more buying options than ever before,” Farm Credit of Central Florida Marketing Manager Tory Moore said. “This unique buying environment brings forward a greater need for sales and marketing to work as a team communicating consistent and powerful messages to consumers.”
Plans for 2017 include a revamp of The Leader to shift towards a rural lifestyle publication, a strengthened presence on social media including the establishment of Instagram and Pinterest accounts, a new and engaging annual report, and the launch of our newly updated Account Access mobile banking app in the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
“We are excited to join two powerful teams to work together to support the Farm Credit mission,” Reginald Holt, CEO & President said. “The changes that are on the horizon are exciting and innovative, our customers will benefit greatly from them.”
Other changes in the Farm Credit of Central Florida leadership include the promotion of Scott Fontenot as Chief Operating Officer and Annie Sullivan as Chief Financial Officer.
