seeking an experienced loan officer to manage lending
relationships with existing and prospective borrowers in the
Polk County area. Responsible for managing a portfolio
comprised primarily of agricultural loans;ensuring that
profitability and credit quality goals are met while
providing excellent customer service. As a community lender
with our institution, the successful candidate must have
strong relationship, business development and credit
assessment skills together with commercial lending
experience. Agricultural background a plus. Farm Credit of

Central Florida. Education and Experience
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in business or
agricultural economics; MBA is a plus. Should have a minimum
of 3 years commercial lending experience and a true

possess outstanding interpersonal, communication and
organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is
required. This individual must posses strong commercial
credit analysis and risk assessment skills with a background

Minimum
qualifications include:
