Message from the CEO

Putting our Profits in our Members’ Pockets is more than just a slogan at Farm Credit of Central Florida. The association’s Board of Directors recent declaration of a patronage refund, or profit-sharing to our Member/Borrowers exceeding $11 million offers tangible proof of Farm Credit of Central Florida’s strict adherence to cooperative principles.

Sharing in the profits is a unique advantage of doing business with a cooperative. Our staff considers it a personal challenge to minimize our costs and maximize the return to our Stockholders. This patronage refund significantly reduces our Members’ cost of borrowing.

Since1988, Farm Credit of Central Florida’s Board of Directors has declared patronage refunds in excess of $133 Million. This years patronage refund represents a return of more than 28% of Members’ earned interest from 2007. This is the 22nd consecutive year  the association’s Board of Directors has affirmed its commitment to cooperative principles and perpetuating The Farm Credit Advantage

Eligible Members should have already received their checks. If you have questions about how you can benefit from The Farm Credit Advantage contact one of our friendly loan officers by calling 1-866-245-3637.

"I’ve always received great rates from Farm Credit, but the Patronage Refund has always been an added bonus. It’s a treat to see my loan officer walk through my door with a check that I didn’t have to do anything to earn."
